BRADLEY FIELD – Business Operations Manager
Bradley’s love of woodwork had him aspiring to become an architect while still in primary school. But he was in a hurry to grow up and his mechanical inclination provided early entry into the workforce with a motor mechanic apprenticeship. It also introduced him to the world of motor sport, racing sprint karts and then speedcars.
Moving through the years Bradley leveraged his deep knowledge of all things automobile, into a position as advertising manager for Modern Motor and Wheels magazines. A couple of promotions later, he was 28 years old and 2IC for the entire magazine group of 70 titles and 110 staff.
With that corporate success under his belt, Bradley struck out on his own, founding a series of small businesses in consumer goods development and sales, native food collection and wholesaling, and computer training and support. For 10 years he ran his own mortgage broking business and, in his spare time, designed a popular card game. It is now available in four different versions in seven countries.
Bradley’s experience building and renovating his own homes, along with a gift for 3D spatial conceptualisation, ultimately led to him to Archisoul. In between running the Accounts, the IT and Marketing departments, Bradley brings a practical perspective to Archisoul brainstorming sessions, enriching our design process with an emphasis on functionality.
