We are seeking an experienced and experientially skilled Senior Project Architect to join our boutique architecture practice in Balgowlah. This is a unique opportunity for an architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally much more, who is passionate about creating meaningful, soulful architecture and is looking to advance their career in a creative and supportive environment.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the Director on the design and documentation of high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Lead project management efforts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with a team of consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee construction administration and manage building contracts effectively.
- Apply strong construction knowledge to guide the project from concept to completion.
- Demonstrate exceptional design and detailing skills, particularly in large-scale boutique residential and commercial projects.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, contributing to their professional development.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in architecture, with a strong focus on NSW standards. More senior experience is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in project management, including on-site construction administration.
- High proficiency in ArchiCAD and familiarity with QA systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
- Class 2 experience a bonus.
- Registration as an Architect in NSW is an advantage.
- Australian working rights are essential.
