Located in the township of Agnes Water, the complex enjoys panoramic views overlooking the main beach.
Comprising three townhouses, it forms a Class 2 triplex with each home joined by a single blade wall.
The upper floors contain the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas complemented by generously proportioned balconies to enjoy the locale’s year-round balmy weather.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and each home has a private courtyard.
The three townhouses undulate across a challenging site. Despite the difficulty of working on a steep gradient, our design inspiration lead to a simply outstanding solution.
