This landmark Manly residence merges smart home technology with exquisite detailing to forge a new benchmark in beach house luxury.
The result of an extensive rebuild, the house was completely redesigned by Archisoul to create a state-of-the-art family home as liveable as it is beautiful. Handmade tiles, custom joinery and natural materials lend it warmth and character, while structural details like the sandstone-clad internal lift future-proof the home, providing convenience now while also ensuring accessibility in the long term.
Lighting, heating, cooling, and other automated features are controlled via a command centre, providing single-point management of the home’s internal environment.
Functionality is embedded throughout the design. Considered spaces like an ample rumpus room and kitchenette for teenage children, a high-tech wine cellar, expansive entertaining terrace surrounding the pool, and generous balconies facilitate seamless indoor-outdoor living for the whole family.
