The clients approached us renovate the home in Curl Curl with a view to streamline and open the up the flow of the home by assessing the current areas that were disjointed. The areas of concern that were identified with the client were, the garage area, the pedestrian access, view maximisation, better airflow, and solar access.
The new design is greatly improved now with a better visual connection to the garden from the kitchen and dining area. By changing the layout of the master bedroom, the view articulation was improved. What was a tired Curl Curl cottage now has a revitalised design approach and new lease of life for the family of five to grow and flourish in.
