Latitude 24 is a cluster of 12 residential units with a radial design to encapsulate the views, the north east aspect and the prevailing winds. The design is unique in that it also steps up the sloping site enabling interesting roof dynamics incorporating the mathematics of the division of the radius. The design encourages social interaction between inhabitants on the inner arc of the scheme, which also looks backwards towards the pool area.
