Latitude 24 is a cluster of 12 residential units planned for development in the Queensland town of Seventeen Seventy. Its radial design to ensures each apartment enjoys uninterrupted views, while the building’s north east aspect captures morning sun and the prevailing winds.
Our design is distinct in that it steps up the sloping site, enabling interesting roof dynamics based on the mathematics of the division of the radius. The inner arc of the scheme encourages social interaction between residents, providing a contained and private space facing the pool area.
