The client’s vison was to create 7 apartments with the larger penthouse for him to live in. This penthouse has oversized outdoor balcony areas with landscaping creating a feeling of an expansive outdoor area. The apartments are spacious and light filled. Each Apartment has a view towards Manly Beach.
