Bellevue Hill Apartment

The clients have a lovely modern apartment but wanted to make it more tailored for their requirements and to make it more spacious.

They wanted to incorporate a third bedroom whilst keeping the spacious feel of the apartment and not exceeding the FSR (Floor Space Ratio) of the council requirements. They also wanted to utilise the space off the main bedroom by creating a glass enclosure. They wanted a more welcoming entry whilst not encroaching on the remodelled and smaller kitchen space. The lounge room area was re-configured to allow for a rectangular/larger dining table, without compromising and impacting the tight entry space.

The outdoor space was maximised by integrating clever joinery and adding a seating and BBQ area.
