The client from Sydney chose a stunning site in Agnes Water overlooking the main beach and beyond. The three townhouses are a triplex joined in one blade wall for each townhouse. The upper floor areas are living/ kitchen and dining with an extensive outdoor balcony area to enjoy the Queensland ambience. The lower ground floor areas are bedrooms/ bathrooms and each with a private courtyard. The three townhouses undulate across the challenging site and despite this, the design inspiration lead to a simply outstanding solution.
