Our Sydney-based client chose a stunning site in the Queensland township of Agnes Water, overlooking the main beach.
These three townhouses are a triplex joined by one blade wall for each townhouse.
The upper floors contain the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas complemented by generously proportioned balconies to enjoy the locale’s year-round balmy weather.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floors and each home has a private courtyard.
The three townhouses undulate across the challenging site. Despite the difficulty of working on a steep gradient, our design inspiration lead to a simply outstanding solution.
