The locale at Agnes Water shopping centre already had a smaller shopping precinct and required a more comprehensive Foodworks Supermarket within another shopping precinct higher up the hill as you drive into Agnes Water. It was a difficult brief to create a stunning aesthetic due to the site conditions and the budget. The clients sold it to another developer who took out some of the rather wonderful design elements, the end result is a simple but functional shopping precinct.
